I called Oakdale when my husband died suddenly. I had never had to deal with this kind of thng before, but my stepson & an uncle 's death were handled here & it was the only one I could think of at the time. I am so glad I did. They made the process easy and I got exactly what I wanted. Absolutely no high pressure sales. Timothy, my Family Care Specialist, was always at the other end of the phone when I needed him, and let me tell you, we gave him a couple of scares! Cool under pressure. I highly recommend Oakdale, would give them 15 stars if I could. Every person we dealt with was kind, compassionate and capable. Not much more you can ask for. Do not hesitate to call Oakdale if and when you need to. You won't be sorry. Jeri B
