When my 19 year old son flooded the kitchen, it was clear I needed a plumber and FAST! I searched the web for a plumber and was drawn to The Pink Plumber--I am a breast cancer survivor and they have the big pink breast cancer ribbon on their truck. A portion of their costs support breast cancer organizations--who else would I call?
TJ showed up quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He was so professional and knowledgeable! Not only that, the prices were so reasonable! TJ also recommended a great company to help with drying out the house!
After having such a wonderful experience with The Pink Plumber, I called them again to do work on a leaky toilet in a beach condo I have. I specifically requested TJ. Once again, he came out and diagnosed the problem. It was coming from behind the wall and in order to fix it, the whole condominium building's water had to be turned off. I gave the 24 hour notice, and TJ came back the next day to fix it. He did amazing, amazing work. I must admit, as the daughter of a plumber I was very impressed by him. And again, the price for this job was very reasonable.
Not only is the work great, the company was so accommodating when I called to set up appointments. They worked hard to meet the needs of my time contstraints, called me an hour before TJ arrived to let me know he was on the way, and had great follow-up. I ended up buying a plumbing contract for both residences; I now feel like I have a piece of mind if any plumbing issue arise.
