Review content:
The staff at Sally's in Saratoga Springs are not trained properly. I wanted to renew my membership. I received an email today stating that this was the last day to receive a gift for renewing my membership. I showed this to the employee and she refused to give me the free gift for renewal even though I received an email stating I was entitled to the gift. No more Sally's for me!
