Would Not Honor Email Promotion 12/30/2016

The staff at Sally's in Saratoga Springs are not trained properly. I wanted to renew my membership. I received an email today stating that this was the last day to receive a gift for renewing my membership. I showed this to the employee and she refused to give me the free gift for renewal even though I received an email stating I was entitled to the gift. No more Sally's for me! more

ok, nothing special 4/3/2006

This store has a huge selection of all different hair, nail and other beauty products. They have everything you need to color hair and keep it looking nice. The prices are decent, a little more than department stores, but some of the stuff is better quality. There wasn't really anything impressive about this place, i think i would stick to department stores for this sort of stuff more
