When I called Mr. Rooter, I didn't realize they were 60 miles away. Nonetheless, Micah showed up right on time (we received the "he's on the way" call at 7:30 am). Micah was very courteous And not only did he have slip-on shoe covers, but he even had covers on the wheels of his equipment! And he put a mat down in front of our sink. My wife was very pleased. Micah told us immediately how much it would cost to fix our clogged sink drain--I had plunged and used Draino the day before his visit. We agreed to go forward with the snaking, and Micah was able to unclog the drain pipe within 10-15 minutes. While he was working Micah joined me for a quick cup of coffee.
We are very pleased with the outcome.
