I went here for a while and although the teachers are excellent (Patrick and Loretta, especially) I ultimately quit because the owner, Marilyn, is totally rude. She does not know how to talk to people and has a really bad attitude. I had something really personal happen to me two days before the annual recital. Marilyn actually had the nerve to call me the day of my operation and ask if I was still coming to the recital that weekend. Gee, where's the compassion? I had only lost my baby.\r

Honestly I am never coming back here again. To be treated the way I was treated the few times by the owner is ridiculous. The customer service skills here are atrocious.
