We had Quality install a Generac 32KW home generator back in July of 2016. So far, we've had two 2-3 hr. power outages and the system worked flawlessly and ran the entire house including all 3 of our AC units. Quality service tech Brian B. came out today to check a control panel error code / change the break-in oil. He was prompt, did a good job and took the time to answer all of my questions which I appreciated. So far we are pretty impressed with Quality - both their installation crew and service techs.
