Hello,
I had a leak in a warranty water heater and when i called Comfort Air being a little leery of the response that i may get. I spoke with Keith a store Mgr. and he assured me that they would get me taken care of...
I had called another plumbing co. as i always do doing due diligence and found that they not only were not near as understanding about my issue but would not be able to address my Leaking heater until Friday... And today is Monday!
Primo explained everything that they would do and there were not and hidden charges!
The Servicemen were both professional and very helpful... Thank you , Keith Breen and Derick Lundy for taking the time to do the job right..
In the future I will call Comfort - Air / Primo for my Plumbing Needs!!
