We have used Comfort Air for five years now, and never had a problems until this summer. It took over a month and four visits for the young service guys trying to fix our AC. It was putting out heat, we kept turning the AC lower however nothing seemed to be cooling. They came up with a few good ideas but nothing worked, UNTIL a supervisor finally came out and within 5 minutes found two of the heating buttons were in the "on" position so the heater was running at the same time the AC was. If a supervisor had come out after the first visit of it not being fixed, we would not have had almost a $400 bill that month, and no offer of compensation. That being said we are still with them and hopefully nothing like this will happen again. We appreciate their service and understand mistakes happen, however I still believe some kind of compensation, however small should have been offered, because it was the service guys fault that the problem was not found.
