I found Glen Ellyn Storage Corp. from doing an internet search. They were responsible for making a 1 mile move. There were minimal damages to my property. The movers were on time and professional. The only downside to my experience was that I was told an initial quote and I had selected specific dates for the move; well, when it came to make the move they told me that they were going to keep my things over night in storage because it was a holiday weekend and that I was going to be charged a different price. I understood their reasoning for holiday services and costs, however, I wasn't told this in the beginning when I made my call to them. So, I suggest that potential customers makes sure that the dates for service are correct and to get the quotes in writing. Other then that I had a satisfactory experience with Glen Ellyn Storage Corp - their customer service staff were very good.
