Review content:
Dishonest company. Took on the job we had of refinishing 4 rooms and 1 room new floor install. I paid higher price for refinishing than other quotes because they were taking the entire job. Did the easy refinishing, got paid and never showed up to do the 1 room install I left many messages, no response. Now it is much harder to find a company that wants to do just 1 room. We also discovered that they had cut out a sizable portion of hardwood floor in the room where the install was going to take place and replaced it with some plywood, without asking our permission AND we will most likely have to repair before new floor can be installed. Bottom Line- I would NOT recommend this company.
