Great customer service experience. While working with JD Lopez was like working with someone that has your back. I was able to go from an online experience to walking out the door an extremely happy person. I must speak on the impeccable finance manager Ruben, as he listened and executed. Everyone was so inviting and it was very appreciative to work with a dealership where you leave feeling like you received customer service, not feeling like you were sold a vehicle. I am in customer service and I can only hope that I give customers the type of customer service I experienced at Concourse Motors. Thank you Concourse staff.
