Review content:
Because of unanswered complaints against this so called hotel it is not BBB Certified. The owner does not respond to complaints brought against his hotel through the Better Business Bureau. They just ignore it and hope nobody writes reviews telling everyone about their shady business practices. They offered no apology for their mistake and never attempted to make right the wrong that they perpetuated. Do not trust anything they tell you at the front desk. They are only programmed to tell you what you want to hear and not what is actually going to happen. Beware and get it in writing.
