We came home from our baby shower on Saturday night to a very warm house. I had only bumped the thermostat up a couple degrees, trying to save a couple dollars. Much to our dismay, our A/C would not stay on for more than a couple minutes. My wife went online and saw the great reviews for Precision so we left a voicemail at 1115pm and got a prompt response in the morning around 815. We spoke to Derek and told him where we live and he happened to have a call in the area already. He said he had 3 calls in front of us and he would call a half hour before he was on the way to us. We were happy to get a same day response, but were surprised when we got a call back about 5 minutes later. He understood my situation, having an upset, pregnant, and OVERHEATING wife on my hands, so said he would come right over to help us out. Derek diagnosed a bad part on the blower within minutes and had the correct part on his truck to repair it right then. After checking the pressure on the coolant, he said were were good to go. He did his paperwork and I handed him a check. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of and really enjoyed the honesty and prompt service. The fact that they don't charge more $$$ on weekends was great, and if we ever have any problems with our AC again, we will call Precision for sure!
