Review content:
I hired Precision Heating and Air to replace our AC/Heating unit in our house. For the most part everything went as planned but towards the tail end of the project they ran into some snags which required another 4-5 hours of work. It took them until around 10 or 11 at night and there were 4-5 vans parked outside of our house with all of their upper level technicians trying to sort out the problem and get the project done. I was really impressed with the commitment. All of the guys who showed up to get the project done could have easily gone home were there to make sure the work was done.
