I have never actually bought an item from Pagel & Sons, but have been there for repairs three times and have had a great experience. They were willing to work on a watch that wasn't purchased at their store, they were friendly and helped me right away, and if the fix was small they didn't even charge me for the repair. I had gotten turned away from the store that I actually bought the watch from because they said they couldn't fix it, but Pagel & Sons did. I have had pleasant experiences with them and will always bring my business back to them.
