Up until I started seeing Dr Draper, I don't think I ever saw the same doctor twice. Both myself and my family have been going to PFF for almost 15 years and have never had a problem.\r
It is an extremely high volume office, but I have never felt like I had been pushed aside or forgotten. As long as you make your appointment on time, you will not have to sit in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. If you are late, they will make every reasonable effort to get you in or reschedule.\r
I have never been denied a same day appointment when I needed it and the staff has always been kind and courteous to me - even when I really did not deserve it.
