On February 12th of this year I was at my whits end with a situation with my Land Rover hear in Bellevue Washington. I had had my Vehicle into a shop not mentioned here. "They don't deserve the advertising."
I had No less than three trips to the prementioned shop
with no success or direction of even finding the problem. I finally picked up my car and told them I would explore other options. As it turned out I came back to the car family of caring Rolf's auto imports.
They not only were polite and curious about my car They were genuinely interested in me as a person. It took a couple of Days but they diagnosed the problem. Discussed the problem and treatment of repairs and discussed the cost factor before preseeding. What a fabulous experience. I will be a Life long family member of Rolf's Import auto. As long as they will have me. To all of the fine people at Rolf's, Cassandra, Frisco, Dana , and all the Service techs that are there. And of course Mark who is the best at carrying the Legacy of Rolf's on for more than 46 years. Thy have two locations with the same family of caring people to serve us all. Oh did I mention They all love cars?That is cool. Any way. No matter how small or big your worries Rolf's is the place for piece of mind and music to your wallet. give them a call. They will Take proper care of you and your family. Thank you again to the fine people at Rolf's .You went above and beyond. I will send who ever I can as I know you will take care of them in the best of ways. Dale a renewed hope in the car repair and care business.PS Ask about there rewards program. It is awesome as well.
