Took a working embroidery machine in for routine service because of a squeak. Quote was for $70.00 and 7 to 10 days to complete. Took 7 1/2 weeks to complete and they still charged me $70.00 with absolutely no discount. It was even too much trouble to call me and tell me that they had an issue with the machine, I had to call them to find out a part was broken on my machine after 14 days. At no point could they give me an estimate of when the repair would be completed. At pickup when I complained about a part being broken when the machine worked fine when taken in, it suddenly wasn't broken it was bent, but each time I spoke to them before they talked about the broken part. Asked multiple times what part it was and no one knew exactly or some how changed the subject and wouldn't tell me. I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone!
