OKAY- so let me tell you my T & D story, first, because I was really in love with my sectional, ( a T&D product) it was really hard for me to decide on something new- (but it was time for an update) when we walked in, we were greeted by Jamie and she showed us a number of living room suites- because i couldn't make up my mind that day, we decided to sleep on it and come back and look with fresh eyes the following afternoon, which we did, and there was Jamie again, ready to lead us through the process all over again, ok- so then we settled on a set for our den, but as the evening went on, in my mind i decided that i didn't like it after all- so back AGAIN i went- and there was Jamie AGAIN!!! making me feel like i was her ONLY customer- we decided on a set and Catherine in Finance was equally helpful to me- then came delivery day, i was at work, but my husband was there- what he DIDN'T notice was that one arm of the couch felt like it was about to fall off!! AGAIN- let me say, about 85%
