Review content:
Let me start by saying this experience wasn't just poor...it was offle!! I came into the store prepared to spend over $1200 on a bedroom set, and 2 days later walked away from the store with no furniture. The sales staff basically wrote up an invoice, stood behind a desk, sat at a computer and had conversations with everyone else, except for me, the paying customer. To top it all off on the day I was to sign a contract on the furniture, the sales staff rolled their eyes at my daughter and I as we walked by the desk. I asked to speak to the manager, and low and behold it was one of the same low class girls that stood behind the desk and wouldn't help me. I asked to speak to her boss and she told me there was no one I could speak with other than her at the store. I told her how poor the service was there and persisted to explain the rude behaviors of her staff. She told me "I guess you can go buy furniture somewhere else then." I was hot!! But guess what...I did take my business somewher
