We recently purchased a washer, dryer, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, and bar refrigerator at Dick Van Dyke in Decatur. Our salesman, Matt, was amazingly helpful and patient with us as we made many trips to the store before we decided on our final purchases. He was so knowledgable about all of the products, and we never felt pressured. The delivery team was awesome. They explained everything, cleaned up before they left, and were very professional. They definitely knew what they were doing! We did have a few issues along the way that were immediately taken care of by Matt and Dick Van Dyke, and they did not stop until we were satisfied. They NEVER gave us the run-around or made us feel inferior. They truly stand behind their products and want to get it right! We will definitely go back to Dick Van Dyke for any future purchases and HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks, Matt and the Dick Van Dyke team for an awesome experience. We love our new
