I called Clarke Kent at 8:30 p.m. on a Sat. night about a rental property with clogged and overflowing toilets and showers. There aren't many 24 hour plumbers in Austin, and they got back to me quickly and had someone at the property within an hour. The clog was a tough one, and they had to return the next morning before they could cut through the tree roots grown into the main sewer line. Unfortunately, my tenant (Denise D.-see review below) reported to me later that her ring had gone missing after the plumbers were in her unit. It took awhile and some back and forth, but Clarke Kent reimbursed my tenant for the full value of the ring, even though neither plumber admitted to the theft and the ring was never recovered. I believe it was over $800, so I really think this company did the right thing in a tough situation.
