Went there on 6/10/16 to get tires rotated. Told me I needed new tires which was fine because I did. Also told me i needed: both ball joints, control arms, tie rod ends to be replaced otherwise they wouldn't be able to do an alignment and my new tires would wear out quicker. Quoted me all of this for $1249. I said no thanks, just give me new tires and I went to a shop in my home town where i had the ball joints replaced just 18,000 miles previous and got it looked at and fixed for $261. Only the right ball joint and control arm needed replaced and they were covered by manufacturer's warranty so it was just labor. Showed the Tires Plus quote to the shop owner and he was legitimately angry that Tires Plus would try to take advantage of me. Went back to confront Tires Plus and the mechanic said they "check the CarFax for manufacturer recommended replacements due to mileage" and that "all of those were just recommendations". In my eyes this is a scapegoat to replace whatever they feel like they can get away with. If you want your whole car rebuilt whether it needs it or not then Tires Plus is the way to go. If you want to fix what is wrong with your vehicle for a much lower price go elsewhere. Moral of the story: TIRES PLUS IS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND OVERPRICED.
