Review content:
This company did a horrendous job of moving my brother into his one bedroom apartment last month. The first time I talked to Brian to tell him that the move-in date had changed, I told him that I would call him when we had the keys to the apartment and gave him my number in case he needed to contact us. He went on and sent the moving truck to the apartment complex twice before I set a new move-in date, in which he informed me that the men had been sent twice and no one was there. I asked why no one had called me and he said in a very condescending tone that I had never given him my number. I told him that I had given him my number and he proceeded to call me a liar. But it gets better... Two men moved my brother's things into his apartment. Most of his things, anyway, a bookcase and a couple of boxes were missing. One of the moving men was aware of the bookcase and asked repeatedly what we wanted to do about the bookcase, which he said might be lost or broken. My brother still wanted the bookcase and we called the moving company to tell them that. The same moving man who asked at least three times about the bookcase denied having any such knowledge of the bookcase. Don't trust these men with anything you cherish. And women, don't expect these men to take you seriously, they're condescending as can be.
