Mr. Sok is an exceptional technician. His troubleshooting skills are the best of any Florida Home AC technicians that have serviced my AC systems. One tech came and misdiagnosed the problem leaving me with no AC for a week. Pan Sok came to install and determined the diagnoses was wrong and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Mr. Sok is very customer oriented. If it wasn't for his skilled work, I probably would not continue as a Florida Home AC customer. Florida Home AC schedulers are terrible. The promised scheduling time is never met and when you call, they continue to make promises that are not kept.
