Review content:
I believe I have found a mechanic that I can trust and knows what they are doing. A year ago I took my vehicle to a dealer to fix an intermittent starting problem. They said that the battery needed to be replaced BEFORE they could check any further. The battery at that time was less than a year old. I took the vehicle to where I purchased the battery (still under warranty), they checked it and found that it was working properly. The dealer who I had taken my vehicle to for many years (12) had lied to me. Short version of the story, I took the vehicle to Westside Automotive. They found some loose connections and tightened them up. They recommended additional work that I know was needed. I have the vehicle back and it works great. And as a bonus they cleaned the vehicle and vacuumed the interior. I did not remember having black floor mats. :-) I think I have finally found a great mechanic. Thanks Westside Automotive. (This should be a lesson to the dealerships. You lose a customer over a lie and you will never sell another vehicle to me - Jeep dealership on Kirby.)
