I asked for the same technician that has worked on my unit previously. I even told Valerie I am willing to wait if he's not available soon. Valerie stated no problem Trey would be out to service your unit. Another technician came instead of Trey. I might have been alright with that if the company made me aware prior to Joe coming. No one called or even ask if that was alright. Not sure at this point if I'm going to continue to my membership. In my world, the right thing to do is to make your customer aware of any changes especially if you requested a particular technician. Joe did not clean up after he left. Fliter was dirty and he did not change it. In his report, he indicated it was clean, not true. Joe seem to be more interested in upselling than doing what is best for the customer.
