I went to the Bloomington store to order a new SQ washer. I walked right into the showroom, went to the SQ washer, and said to the person at the customer service counter "I want this washer!" She came over and got the model and ordered it right away. I asked her if they had one in stock and she said they did. This was a Friday evening and I could've had it delivered the next day but I already had plans out of town. I settled on the following Friday and it arrived around 2pm. The store called at 8am that morning and said the driver would call when he got to down since this unit was coming from Springfield. I arranged for the delivery to the porch and leave it in the box - we'll take it from there. We have a very tight stairwell. We purchased the appliance dolly a couple days before delivery and it made all the difference getting it down the stairs. Washer was hooked up that night and doing it's maiden load with no clothes just to get it primed and ready to go. Nice, quiet machine that has all the bells and whistles! I'm glad I chose this model as it does everything except sort, load, dry, and fold the clothes. It takes care of every washable fabric and I know this washer will last too. This washer replaced our other SQ washer that we had for 33 years and it wasn't worth getting it fixed since the bearing was going. Glad DVD carries the SQ line! I know they sell a lot of them!
