We was so excited after first meeting Brad that we were going to get the patio of our dreams. His sales approach was great. Unfortunately it did not work out the way we expected. Brad quoted us 4 days to complete the job, it took 3 weeks (with no weather delays). He would show up around 10 each morning, work until noon, then leave for a 2 hour lunch, come back & work 2 more hours and then leave for the day. When pressed about being so behind on the job he stated 2 weeks in a row that he would come on Saturday to work and both times he no called/no showed. We stated that we wanted smooth concrete, we ended up with concrete that has divots and swirl marks because he tried to sand away his mistakes and did it poorly. We never asked us what kind of stain we wanted, instead he chose it and applied it before we had a chance to approve it. We have multiple areas where the stain does not match because he ran out and bought a different color to finish. The ceiling fan he installed does not work properly, if the fan is on the light shorts out. And there are areas where he melded the roof of the patio into our existing roof but he left gaping holes on the sides where animals can crawl in and live. I have tried repeatedly over 2 months to get him back out to correct these issues but he either says he will come and fix it and never shows or just ignores my calls completely. We found out after the job was done that he never got permits from the city to do the job even though he told us when he sold us the job that he takes care of all of that. His lack of professionalism, customer service and work ethic are very apparent and I would discourage anyone from using his services. He also works under multiple names, Pristine Fence Company as well as Earls LLC. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB. Buyer Beware!!!
