I read the reviews to get an idea of this particular establishment. They all seemed very good.\r

I had a bit of a different experience.\r
\r
While my Shepherd wasn't abused or mistreated. The staff didn't appear to be the least bit concerned with my simple requests, water in the bowl when fed, clean her when she arrived and departed. \r

I know it sounds silly, but I wanted her to have a nice bath the first day or so, as well as just before I picked her up, they argued as if I shouldn't want to have my dog clean for the stay, and I why would possibly want her to be. \r

They thought it a chore to give me a tour, wouldn't show me the EXACT run she would be housed in "security reasons" \r

I paid in full for all services but when I picked her up, they forgot to add a 15 dollar fee someplace.\r

And finally I gave them ample food for a 5 day stay, yet when I picked her up they gave me an empty container, which tells me they either over fed her, or they stole the half container of food (wha
