i went for a tour of the facility and although it looked good i had a problem with 1 individual,the manager Jessica.the whole time during the tour she would not get off her cell phone,she didn't really answer any questions and her appearance was completely unprofessional.she appeared to look as if she was hungover or high on drugs because she was out of it.that is uncalled for,especially for the manager.i will not leave my pet with people like that running the show!
