Purchased a Bosch gas cook top in early Dec. 2015. From the first contact with the salesperson to the completed installation, it was just perfect! We couldn't be happier with our new cook top and I won't hesitate to put Dick Van Dyke Appliance World at the top of a very short list the next time we need an appliance. The price was competitive and the service was exceptional. Russ did an excellent job helping us select the best appliance for our needs and pocket book, and James was just the best at expertly installing the cook top.
