Our salesperson was great. Greg did his very best to make things as good as he could. The delivery service and technician were the problems. Unprofessional representatives that reflected extremely poorly on a fine store with good products. Disappointing.

I apologize that our installer didn’t remove all of the tape from around the refrigerator and freezer doors. I was happy to hear that we immediately dispatched out one of our technicians to remove the protective tape. I spoke with the technician and he was unaware that you were dissatisfied with his workmanship. I would like to speak with you at your earliest convenience about your dissatisfaction.
