Review content:
I have always purchased my appliances from DVD. I have not purchased anything in quite some time, but needed a new washer and dryer. I had no hesitation to go back to them, however, the salesman seemed a little annoyed with my questions and went on to another customer who was purchasing all new appliances for a new construction. I had already researched the brand I wanted and DVD did have the best price. I remember their customer service as being top notch. The purchase to me was a lot of money @ $1600, I was extremely disappointed with the person who did the install. There was water all over the floor and he tracked it all over the basement. Gouged the wooden stairwell with the appliances. I had to remind him to switch out the door of the dryer. He left all the trash for me to pick up and discard. I was glad when he left, as he almost hit my husbands car exiting the driveway. Today as I go online to register the appliances, I gathered all the paperwork, only to find the installers handwriting is so bad I can't read the serial numbers. I will have to move the appliances myself and record the numbers. I am disappointed in the experience, as this is not the DVD I remember.
