I have purchased several items at Dick Van Dyke in Decatur, to include a stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. The last item purchased, the G.E. frig, had a vegetable drawer break within months. When I took the drawer back to the store, I was informed that it was not under the warranty. So, $102 dollars later I have a new plastic replacement drawer.

Mr. Anderson we have searched our entire customer history trying to research your complaint. We have been unable to find where a Mr. Anderson purchased a vegetable drawer from our company. However, you may have purchased the vegetable drawer under a different name. We would like you to give us a call and speak with my parts supervisor Dee at (217) 544-8180 opt 3. We hope that we will be able to assist you with your vegetable drawer. We appreciate your patronage and look forward to speaking with you soon.
