This was our first experience with DVD Appliance World (Champaign) and it will probably be the only place we will ever shop for appliances again. Bob Turner was very knowledgable and helpful. We left the store and did some price matching at other stores. We found the same range at another store for a lesser price but had only a 1 year warranty. He came very close to matching their price but still gave us a 5 yr. warranty. We couldn't be more pleased. Delivery, set-up and haul away of old was a good experience too!
