purchased dishwasher, washer and dryer on Saturday: it was delivered the following Saturday as promised. We were called prior to arrival with time of delivery and it was as stated. Both delivery and installation men (Dan and Jason) were polite and efficient. We were expecting a much longer time to install all and take away the older appliances. We were quite shocked and their efficiency. They even were patient when we wanted to vacuum the floor and clean them after old appliances were removed and before new ones installed and actually did this service for us (which truth be told made the installation process go much quicker). Highly recommend. Told one and all about this wonderful experience. They checked to make sure all were in working order before explaining the paperwork for each and leaving. Polite, courteous - great customer service.
