Just spent several minutes reading past reviews and it seems my poor experience with DVD service and installation is not unusual. The reply comments from DVD are also very unacceptable as most just say, "Sorry". It's obviously an ongoing problem DVD needs to to address.

I apologize that you feel our company isn’t receptive to our customers’ needs. We have hundreds of reviews on our website that describe a locally owned company that values their customers’ and employees. I am assuming since your review is extremely vague that your service or installation issues were pretty minor.
