Our delivery and installation guys were fast and friendly. I was impressed they drove about 90 miles through a pretty heavy snowstorm to make our delivery. They had all the tools and equipment needed to complete the job in a single trip, which was great. I did find it strange that they left without turning the power back on to test the dishwasher though. I thought they would make sure it worked and see if there were any leaks. Still, everything seems to be just fine and I'm happy I chose Dick Van Dyke for this purchase over one of the big chain stores.
