Review content:
I bought a new dishwasher that tripped a circuit the first time I tried to use it. After resetting circuit breaker, ran the load and it was soaking wet even with the heated dry on. The good thing was serviceman came day I called but had to order new control board and heating element. How does a brand new machine need major parts replaced immediately? When I asked about getting a different one I was informed there would be a 20% restocking fee! Also the installation technician noted a chip in the door and said I would be contacted to either arrange replacement of the door or a discount. Even though I have called and asked about this twice I am still waiting 3 weeks later. I do have to say servicemen are very professional and prompt.
