Review content:
RTG customers service and products are terrible. Purchased living room set. With in 8 months the finished cracked on the corners of the end table and coffee table. Schedule service call. Service was supposed to come from 11-3. I took the day off to meet tech. He didn't show until almost 7pm. He stated that the finish should definitely not be cracked like that and he would report the faulty finish. SIX days later RTC calls and said the damage was due to use. NO WAY is it due to use. Total run around and will not fix or replace tables. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Room To Go. You will regret it.
