Businiess name:  Rooms To Go - Plano

Review content:
I bought my first new furniture at Rooms to Go recently. Until now hand-me downs and craigslist was the decor theme I had going in my home. Inspite of hearing a lot of negative comments about quality and customer service, I still wanted to check out the store.\r At Rooms to Go I was helped immediately and there was someone available to answer every question I had about making a purchase. I later learned that the sales staff works on commission, which explains their eagerness to "help" me purchase something. \r I bought a leather sectional that came in a package with tables and lamps. It was cheaper than buying piece by piece. I was told to buy a leather protection package that I later asked to get in writing. It only covers food and beverage spills for 3 years, but it gives you cleaner and conditioner for life. This part was somewhat confusing and a demonstration cleared up some questions. (Also getting the certificate in writing). The plan was also inexpensive $70 for the sectional.
