Review content:
After years of saving money to buy furniture, we chose Rooms to Go. We spent almost $3000 on a set of furniture, they are all made in China. The salesman pushed us to buy leather protection with the help of his manager. The Sofa has a manufacture fault and has a very low quality. If you don't sit on the middle of the seat you will be tilted one side or another, causing backache. It has a very small base and cushions are extremely uncomfortable. Basically, the sofa is unusable and they do not want to have it returned or give credit for another type of sofa. We are extremely unhappy about this company and I advise everybody to think twice about dealing with them. They don't even have a headquarter address to write to them about your complaints.
