Extended Warranty - I purchased two kids bedroom suits for my seven year old twins with an extended warranty. However, when I tried to submit a claim for a scratch and was advised that the warranty only replaced the furniture if there is a manufacture defect. This contradicts the information I was told by the salesrep. I've been trying since November 2009 to get the extended warranty canceled but I can't get through on the extended warranty number. The line just rings busy really fast. \r \r Customer Service - Up until today I have had no issues with the customer service reps. However, today I got someone twice who either needs a long vacation or is in the wrong field. Rude and unhelpful.\r \r Furniture - This is my first purchase with Rooms to Go,and last, but I have not had any issues with the furniture. So far I am pleased with it and it looks pretty good. The quality of their furniture has come a long way since I first visited their showroom back in the late 90's.
