I am very unsatisfied with the furniture my family has in our living room. it is falling apart and it hasnt been even two years. We bought what was suppost to be leather coaches and its discoloring and ripping.. we had leather coaches for ten years from fingers funiture store and never had a issue. what they bring to your home is not what they show on the display floor. When we called the store and costumer service we were informed that they would be doing nothing about it and its not their problem any more. I would love the man under me who works for rooms to go to contact me at my email because the rooms to go your talking about the one that provides excallent service and good quality furnisher seems to be a totall myth and lie. DONT BUY HERE!! you will find yourself throwing away thousands of dollars for very low quilty furnisher.
