I purchased the Diva Gaming Chair for my daughter for Christmas. The return policy is 48 hours; however, this was a CHRISTMAS gift and my daughter did not open the gift until CHRISTMAS. Upon opening and sitting in it, the chair is WAY too big for her, it is very uncomfortable, and awkward for her to sit in. I emailed AND called Rooms To Go and BEGGED them to work with me on a return (which, by the way was done within 48 hours of opening the gift). I said that I would pay the shipping, pay the return shipping, would gladly pay a restocking fee, AND take a store credit if they would just please be willing to work with me any way. We cannot use this chair at all and it's a waste of $100. I spoke with a supervisor and manager who both absolutely would not work with me at all. I realize the return policy is 48 hours, but come on! If it's a Christmas gift and not opened until Christmas, then HOW are you supposed to return it within 48 hours????? SO - Long story short, DO NOT ORDER F
