I bought a sectional from rooms to go florida and everything was perfect until our son waas born I was pregnant at the time we bought them so we bought the so called protection plan without papers.\r
MISTAKE.\r
I called a year ago for a claim on my sectional and ottoman, a year later someone come to tell me they can clean and that they couldn't do nothing because they didnt stain the couch with so many water stains (something they state in the protection plan they clean)\r
I lost more than a hundred dollars on this and my couchs will never be cleaned.\r
IM GONNA TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTIONS IF YOU WANT TO UNITE IN THE ACTION AGAINST ROOMS TO GO PLEASE SEND MAIL AT ECOMODELAGENCY@YAHOO.COM
