froen is governed by the epa no company can charge more than the other one freon is the same price at every company. And the price is goverened at 48 a lb. As far as a mold problem if you have any mold there is a problem you do not just walk away from this. I am tired of people using this company for a check up and then when they do a complete check up you do not like what they find but by law they have to be honest with you. Go a head and call the little no name companies and it will hurt you in the long run because they just want a quick buck the big companies use referrals for business so it makes me mad to see idiots like the last comment talk about a business and not know what they are talking about.
