ZERO STARS!!!!!!! Most of the people below are just potential renters, so they can only account for the way Screm acted when they first came into contact with them. I agree with everything they're saying because I was treated the same way. I unfortunately disregarded it and now have a lease with them. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are plenty more property management companies in the area that can do their jobs properly.I have too many stories I could offer, but let's just say this is probably the worst company I've EVER came into contact with. I've been told that my air conditioning being out "Isn't an emergency, what do you want me to do about it" even with a 1 month old daughter in 95 degree home and was forced to wait an entire weekend before even having someone come check it. I've had mold painted over to remedy it. When I called attention to that, they came in and sprayed a chemical in my bathroom without me knowing it, even though I was pregnant at the time, which they k
